This recognition through Rick Kearney and the Beatitude Foundation’s GiveTLH initiative shines a light on our chapter’s work supporting bereaved parents, grandparents, and adult siblings after the death of a child of any age, from any cause.
Our chapter offers a welcoming place to share memories, speak our loved ones’ names, and find companionship with others who understand. Through monthly support meetings, remembrance events, and community outreach, we help families know they do not have to walk this path alone.

What this nomination means
Each nominated organization receives $1,000 and an annual membership in United Partners for Human Services. Public voting will determine which organizations receive additional grants of $10,000, $5,000, and $2,500.
Additional funding would help us sustain our chapter’s programs and reach more bereaved families who may not yet know support is available.
How you can help
Voting begins November 17, 2026. We’ll share voting instructions here when they become available. In the meantime, please share this page with friends, family, and others who believe in the importance of compassionate grief support.
We are grateful to Rick Kearney, the Beatitude Foundation, and WCTV for bringing attention to our mission—and to everyone who supports our chapter.
Together, we can help more bereaved families find understanding, connection, and hope.
